Ben & Lorena Juster

Elder Couple

Benjamin Juster is the President of Tikkun America and one of the leaders on the Tikkun America Apostolic Team. Raised in the Messianic movement and a former Vice President of the UMJCY, Benjamin has a continuing passion for seeing people reach their potential in Yeshua. He is an ordained elder within Tikkun and holds a Masters degree in Messianic Jewish Studies from MJTI. He served as the Executive Director of Tikkun International before being appointed the President of Tikkun America in January 2020. Benjamin’s focus is on planting messianic congregations, mentoring and releasing emerging leaders, and building unity among churches and ministries to stand with Israel today and in preparation for the end times. He and his wife Lorena are emissaries with the international teaching ministry Restoration From Zion, affiliated with Tikkun Global. Benjamin and Lorena have three children and live in Jacksonville, Florida.

Lorena Juster is a passionate follower of Yeshua with a history of diverse ministry oversight and leadership roles. She is currently an ordained deaconess and the leader of the Elim Woman’s Ministry and the Children’s Shabbat School. She has previously served as Special Events Coordinator and a home group leader. With Tikkun America, Lorena ministers alongside her husband Benjamin to equip, encourage, and strengthen the leaders within the network. She is a co-leader of the Emerge Gathering, purposed to inspire and empower the "now generation" of leaders. Lorena also serves as a creative advisor and contributing author for the RESTORE Magazine.author for the RESTORE Magazine.

Paul & Lauren Blake

Elder Couple

Paul and Lauren moved to Florida with their kids in 2017 to be closer to family. They hope to help establish another healthy congregation in northeast Florida – filled with people zealous for God, growth, and service.

Paul Blake is ordained under Tikkun America and was the founder of both Elim and Kingdom Living, a Tikkun America congregation in Kansas City.  Paul has a doctorate in Messianic Jewish studies from The King’s University.  To contact him or follow his ministry and business initiatives, see his personal website here.

Lauren Blake has her Master’s degree in Evangelism and Spiritual Formation from Wheaton, and her passion is for people to know Yeshua-Jesus as the Bridegroom.  She enjoys life coaching, mentoring, evangelism.

Deborah Smith

Deaconess

Deborah B. Smith is a woman of truth. She is a covenant member of Elim Messianic community, under Tikkun, where she serves as Deaconess, and  on worship, prophetic, and intercessory teams. She also serves at First Coast Messianic Prayer House, St.Augustine, Fl, as Interim Director, worshipping, praying, encouraging Regional Leaders, and teaching truths to battle antisemitism.

Deborah also serves Aglow Int’l Ministries as the Florida Israel Education Coordinator. Deborah is also a professional singer and pianist with a background in Opera Companies, symphony orchestras, and Theatre Companies.

Deborah is part Cherokee, and is passionate to see her people arise into their God given voice and identity. She also has a calling to deeply love the Jewish people, helping them arise into their Godly  calling. Her heart is to encourage people through God’s gift of joy, and to release  Yeshua’s truths everywhere she goes.

Deborah and her husband,Paul, pastor a church in Hawthorne, Fl, and operate under Eternal Worship Ministries. She has one daughter, Kristina.

Richard Murray

Deacon

Rick joined Elim from Beit Hallel, a Tikkun America congregation located in Ocala, Florida. During his time there, he served faithfully in a variety of roles and met his wife, Miranda, prior to relocating to the Jacksonville area.
In addition to his congregational service, Rick brings extensive professional experience in supervisory and management roles, with a strong emphasis on leadership and personnel development.

He currently serves as a Deacon, where he assists with teaching, facilitates ministry teams, and supports the men’s ministry.
